Cloud / Hosted Telephone Systems

A cloud or hosted telephone system is a telephone system that is based offsite on the Internet (Cloud) rather than onsite in your office. You take and receive calls using a standard IP handset (VOIP), or via a computer or dedicated hardware screen. All calls are routed via an Internet connected server and then routed to a traditional phone or mobile. All maintenance and upgrades are provided offsite.

As well as lower maintenance costs, routing your calls via the Internet is much more cost effective than using traditional phone lines. Being digital, there are a whole host of extras services and call management features that can scale according to your needs. Integration with existing systems is also possible. Using on offsite service eradicates the often large upfront cost of hosting a VOIP server on your own premises.
